We have received an interesting commission from Revaho - for many years a satisfied customer - to supply the Ibaraki project, approximately 100 km to the north of Tokyo. This involves supplying a greenhouse, screening and a heating system over a surface area of 17,184 m2. What is special about this greenhouse is that it has been designed completely to Japanese standards in relation to earthquakes and wind load. As a result, the steel substructure and the foundations have been made considerably heavier than under normal conditions. In addition, we have supplied ABS screening and, for the heating, a tubular pipe rail that we will connect to a local energy supply by means of transmission pipelines.
